You Can check the status by following below mentioned steps:

Login with your account.
Click on Dashboard on top of the page at right side on user name
Click on my orders at left side below the “my account” menu,

We’ll send you an email and SMS when we confirm your order. You can also check the order status on
your account dashboard by login on schooloo.com

Once your item is dispatched, you will receive an email stating that your order has been dispatched with tracking details. Email contains your order ID number and the shipping method, AWB no. with tracking link. Keep tracking it by clicking on ‘Action Button’ in ‘My Orders’. Click the ‘Track Now’ button to see where your orders are! (all orders will be dispatched from our company premises in Delhi ) Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. If you cancel the order before shipping, we would start the refund almost immediately. In case you cancel the order after shipment, it might take up 6 days to initiate the refund..

You may cancel your order by clicking on cancel button available under customer order details in “My account” menu with providing an appropriate reason for cancelling the order

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
